Nancy and Robert hail from New Jersey and New York and met while attending The University of Rhode Island. Nancy is a Business major and has worked as a financial advisor for American Express as well as several restaurants and hotels on the east coast.

Robert is a communications major and has worked every capacity in the hospitality business.

Together they have three children: Cassandra & Philip in college, and their current helper at the Inn: Jason, who is ten.

They were drawn to central Pennsylvania because of its natural beauty and the two spectacular historic homes the complete The Inn at New Berlin.

A visit to the Inn will gaurentee you'll meet Nancy at the front of the house, and Robert will take time to show you his spotless kitchen and use of Gabriel's Garden fresh ingredients!
